Live Photo Films Contract
This Contract (this "Agreement") is an agreement between Fukumoto Media and the Client. Contractor and the Client may each be referred to in this Agreement as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
Contractor shall provide the following services to Client (the “Services”):
-Contract start date: The day of your order request.
-Contractor will be responsible for bringing supplied photographs to life for "singles". For 5 or more "singles" ordered, contractor will be responsible for bringing photographs to life and creating a professionally video edited customized film out of them with optional background music, titlepages, and text.
- All work will be completed by the deadline date that Contractor has given to the client.
-Client agrees that products of Fukumoto Media will not be resold, used in commercialproductions or for any monetary gain without permission in writing from Fukumoto Media.
Payment can be made by an E-money transfer (to info@fukumotomedia.com), Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Cash (Instructions on how to conveniently pay will be listed on your invoice).

Confidential and Proprietary Information. In the course of performing the Services, Independent Contractor will be exposed to confidential and proprietary information of Client. “Confidential Information” shall mean any data or information that is competitively sensitive material and not generally known to the public, including, but not limited to, photos, video, information relating to development and plans, proprietary concepts, documentation, data, databases, inventions, know-how, trade secrets, customer lists, customer relationships, customer profiles, pricing, sales estimates, business plans and internal performance results relating to the past, present or future business activities, technical information, designs, processes, procedures, formulas or improvements, which Client considers confidential and proprietary. Independent Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the Confidential Information is valuable property of Client, and that it is worthy of protection.

All information from the client will stay discreet and strictly confidential by Fukumoto Media

Fukumoto Media will save a back up of your photos and film for 1 year minimum in case your film has been lost. A request can be made to have another copy of your film sent.

Fukumoto Media will delete all photos, video, film, and data of the client if requested to do so at any time.

Contractor will use clients’photos or films for "promotional use", ONLY if explicit permission has been granted in writing from the client to do so.
